Family Maple Pancakes a lot better then that fake boxed stuff

INGREDIENts for PANCAKES:                     

SERVES 4-6 PEOPLE

1 Cup of flour

½ tablespoon of baking soda

1 tsp. of sugar

1 egg

¾ tsp. of baking powder

1 cup of butter milk

½ tsp. of salt

3 tablespoons of butter melted

2 bananas

Walnuts

Maple syrup

Whipped cream

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.

Mix all dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then milk all the wet ingredients (egg, milk, buttermilk and butter). Mix together until mixed into a soupy consistency.  

2.

Then place in pan with butter and cook for 4 minutes one first side and second on the other.  

3.

Once cooked place on plate top with melted butter, hot syrup, whipped cream, walnuts and bananas.
