9 Tomatillos
2 Jalapenos
¼ of an onion
2 TOMS (tomatoes)
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 blender or food processor

Bring a medium sized pot to a boil and add TOMS, tomatillos, onion, and jalapenos with a pinch of salt. Once the skin from the tomatoes is falling off place them into a blender,…
TIP before you put anything into the blender make sure to put a metal knife or utensil in there to absorb the heat so it doesn’t crack the glass.
… then when the tomatillos get really soft place them into the blender as well. When the onion starts to become transparent add that to the blender as well. The jalapenos take the longest once the skin becomes semi-soft place them into the blender. Then add the salt and put the lid on the blender.
Once everything is in there turn the blender to puree and turn it into sauce. The sauce is best served at room temperature. Take out and place in serving bowl and let cool down.
TIP For best results place in Tupperware and let it ferment for a couple of days to let all the flavors blend together
