Spicy amazing Spagetti YUM YUM YUMMY

INGREDIENts for sauce:                      Ingredients for Noodles

16oz of chopped tomatoes in a can

1 Tomato

½ and onion

18oz can of tomatoes sauce unsalted

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of oregano

Salt and paper

Fresh Basil

3 tablespoons of crushed red peppers

Fresh Parmagian Aregiano cheese

2 cups of pasta of choice

4 cups of water

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of fresh parsley

1 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients for Meatballs

2 ½ pounds of ground chuck

1 tablespoon of salt/pepper

fresh basil 

DIRECTIONS:

For the sauce in a large pan place the oil in and the add Onion and minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir occasionally until heated through. Then add the diced tomatoes and tomatoes sauce and place on simmer for 30 minutes.

For the meatballs, take ground chuck and create golf ball sized balls mix in salt, pepper, and basil. Make the balls into equal size and place into the tomato sauce. Then turn the heat up to medium low. Make sure to flip the meat balls every 5 minutes for 15 minutes then turn heat off.

For the noodles place in boiling water for 15 minutes until soft, then drain water. Make sure to keep a little pit of the water and after the noodles are drained then place noodles back into the pot. Once back into the pot pace oil, salt and fresh parsley and toss until mixed well.
