1 7 ¾ can of El Pato sauce (Mexican Hot Style)
Oaxaca cheese
6 Corn tortillas
Any leftover meat
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
1. 1. Place oil in a large skillet, when oil is heated place the tortillas in the pan with half the can of Pato Sauce.
2. 2. Turn down the heat and let simmer, this is when you place the cheese on the tortilla and fold it in half.
3. 3.Add the rest of Pato Sauce on top of the folded tortillas and cook for 3 minutes.
4. 4.Then add more cheese (and any leftover meat you have) then remove from heat, and it’s time to eat.
