Zing goes the strings... ZING was a solid outing Grade B+

A few days ago a friend of mine from high school recommended a restaurant to me and told me that he would like to see a review on it. So after I dropped my son off at school I decided to go because I had an opening in my schedule. I drove down to downtown Glendale AZ which is a historical part of town. The only problem I found was parking, it is very limited. So after I found parking, which was a few blocks away, I walk up to the front of…

FOOD: B

Zing’s and outside they have a billboard with daily specials, here I go another restaurant. I open the door to a whole new world opened up to me. I get in there and the interior is very nice and the service was awesome. I sit down and order the Monte Christo which is a sandwich made with French toast ham turkey and strawberry jelly. The French toast was awesome, the Swiss cheese was perfect, and the fresh strawberry jam was awesome. The only issue I had with the sandwich was the turkey and ham tasted not so fresh, it tasted like store bought packaged sandwich meat. The house country potatoes were different they seemed a bit over cooked but other than that they were very tasty. Over all the food was a solid B.

PRICE: A

My whole bill with tip was $10. The prices are decent.

CLEANLINESS: A

The inside and outside were pristinely clean and the empty tables were just as clean.

OVERALL: B+

Overall I give it a B+ it was a very nice experience the food was decent and the service was great. Locations and contact information for the restaurant is located on the menu. Make it a great day and eat well, you deserve it.
