INGREDIENts for sandwiches
16 miniature croissants 8 eggs 3 tablespoons of butter 3 tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 pound of sharp cheddar cheese 4 slices of ham |

DIRECTIONS:
1. | In a large pan place butter and melt then add the 8 eggs along with the milk and whisk. Then add the salt and cook on low hear. Remember not to stir the eggs to much because then they will not be fluffy. Once they are cooked set aside and place cheddar cheese on top of the eggs in the pan and let melt.
Then slice the miniature croissant in half and place a small piece of ham on each croissant and then add a scoop of egg to the croissant and make a sandwich.
