After church we decided we would continue our glorious day by trying a local diner in Surprise. We decided to try…
FOOD: A
Nicks Diner which is located on Reems just north of Greenway. We get there and as you can see by the pictures it was packed. We waited for about 10 minutes and then they seated us, then we waited for another 10 minutes before anyone came to our table, not a good service so far. After we order our drink the service improved greatly. I decided to order the Denver omelet and Cindy ordered the homemade corn beef and hash. The omelet was one of the best omelets I have ever had the eggs were fluffy and the bell peppers had a great crunch and the potatoes were perfectly cooked soft but a bit of crunch to them. The best part was the ham that tasted like it was taken right off the pig at the farm, but that was not the star of breakfast. What Cindy ordered the corn beef and hash was amazing it had homemade potatoes green bell pepper, onion and fresh corned beef. This was by far the best breakfast that I have ever tasted. NO JOKE OR EXAGGERATION! This was a great breakfast spot and was named best breakfast in Surprise in 209 and 2010. They have weekly specials and dinner deals located on a chalk board that is located on the inside of the restaurant. Check it out it is amazing and breakfast is served all day.
PRICE: $
All together our food was $30.00 for our meals and that was for three people this price includes taxes and tip.
CLEANLINESS: A
The inside was very clean and the service started off a little rough but was great after we ordered our drinks.
OVERALL: A
Overall I give it an A and I recommend this restaurant for breakfast and their Gyros. As always the menu and location are attached below. Make it a great day and eat well, you deserve it.
