Rivas Mexican food in Surprise, AZ, they also have 2 other locations one in Mesa and one in Tempe. I ordered my favorite the #11 chorizo plate with potatoes and rice and beans. I was so excited because I have not had this in a while. I always order extra salsa and a side of sour cream, which makes it that much more yummy. I raced home to prepare it with the salsa and sour cream, take a bite and… Uhh disappointment it was burnt chorizo and sometimes (actually most times) this will happen. The rice and beans were ok. Overall I would not recommend it as a favorite but maybe as a last resort.
