Best BBQ steaks and Tamara's Potato Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR STEAK RUB:                   INGREDIENTS FOR POTATO SALAD

5 teaspoons of Kosher salt

2 teaspoons of onion power

1 ½ Tablespoons of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of pepper

2 teaspoons of Gram Masala

2 teaspoons of Coriander

1 teaspoon of Cumin

2 teaspoons of Chili powder

Get 8 petite sirloin steaks

4 tablespoons of olive oil

6 Brown or 12 red potatoes

8 eggs

2 ½ cups of Mayonnaise

3 teaspoons of Kosher salt

2 tablespoons of Pepper

1 cup of dill relish

1 10oz bag of elbow macaroni

 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium sized bowl mix all the spices until well mixed. The lightly cover the petite steaks in the oil. Once the meat is oiled them heavily coat one side of the steaks use all the spice mix on the 8 steaks. Grill the steaks 10-12 minutes on each side or until crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside.

For the Potato salad boils the potatoes, macaroni, and the eggs. Once they are ready chop up the eggs and potatoes into chunks and place into a large bowl. Then add the cooked macaroni and mix. The add the mayonnaise, salt pepper and dill relish, thoroughly mix and let it sit for 20 minutes to cool.

Now it’s time to plate
