This is a local favorite for some great tortillas. My mom and I like going there; it has quick service and great locations, when I was there this time I got to see my pretty lady at lunch that was great.

Carolinas Mexican food which has three locations, the one we like to go to is on Peoria and 91st avenue. They are famous for their homemade tortillas made fresh every day. We always get machaca which is by far the best tasting meat they have there. In fact it is always the green machaca burrito enchiladas style with rice and beans. This is a place I would go to get a good tasting machaca burrito and great salsa, not spicy just very good. Another thing you must try is a buttered tortilla AMAZING. The guacamole is mashed up avocados without much seasoning except maybe for some salt. SERVICE: N/A

All I have to say it that it was very clean.

Overall I give it a B- the food was above average, it was nothing out of the ordinary, the machaca is great and the salsa is very flavorful. Make it a great day and eat well, you deserve it.
