Altata Restaurant de Mariscos IS the best shrimp and fish I have had GRADE A+

Cindy and I have been crabbing shrimp for about two weeks when we finally decided to go to our favorite spot to get shrimp and fish.

FOOD: A+

Altata Restaurant de Mariscos which is located on Indian school and 59th Avenue has a great seafood menu, one that cannot be beat. We always get the shrimp that is cooked in lime with tomatoes cucumber and onions with a bit of salt. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. The best way to enjoy this shrimp is on a tostada or chip with mayo, salt, pepper, salsa, a piece of onion, tomato, and cucumber. That combination is by far the best seafood bite you will ever have (in my opinion). The other thing we always get is a full red snapper that is baked or deep fried with some spices, this is great! The skin is always crunchy and the fish falls apart it is great. Their rice and beans are also great as well as their salsa. Put all of this together and you get seafood perfection.

SERVICE: C-

The service this time was not great se forgot our drinks, and we asked for chips twice and she forgot them both times, we had to ask another waitress to get them for us. She also forgot to put in one of our orders. Overall the service was not good.

PRICE: $$-$$$

For the shrimp and the red snapper and a quesadilla with three drinks it was $53.00.

CLEANLINESS: B

All I have to say it that the tables were clean the floor was a bit dirty.

OVERALL: A+

Overall I give it a A+ this is by far some of the best sea food I have ever had, please try this out you won’t be disappointed, it is just AMAZING.

Make it a great day and eat well, you deserve it.
