Michael's Turkey burgers

INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY SLIDERS:                 

3 LBS OF LEAN GROUND TURKEY

2 CUPS OF ARUALA

1 TEASPOON OF SALT

1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER

2 RED BELL PEPPERS

DIJON MUSTARD

RUDIS WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

1 HEAD OF GARLIC

 

 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

First get a clove of garlic cut a quarter of an inch off the top, cover it in olive oil then wrap it in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Now, divide the meat into 9 patties generously salt and pepper both sides and let rest until room temperature. Then warm up a pan add butter or PAM, and then place the burgers in the pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Once all the patties are cooked place them aside and let rest and let’s start preparing the roasted bell peppers.

For the red bell peppers slice them into strips and cover in olive oil salt and chipotle ground pepper. Let grill for 20 minutes or until soft.

Toast the bred, add mustard, then add the turkey patty, arugula and the roasted red bell pepper and roasted garlic.

 

Serve and it’s time to eat!
