INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY SLIDERS:
3 LBS OF LEAN GROUND TURKEY 2 CUPS OF ARUALA 1 TEASPOON OF SALT 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER 2 RED BELL PEPPERS DIJON MUSTARD RUDIS WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 1 HEAD OF GARLIC |

DIRECTIONS:
1. | First get a clove of garlic cut a quarter of an inch off the top, cover it in olive oil then wrap it in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Now, divide the meat into 9 patties generously salt and pepper both sides and let rest until room temperature. Then warm up a pan add butter or PAM, and then place the burgers in the pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Once all the patties are cooked place them aside and let rest and let’s start preparing the roasted bell peppers. |
2. | For the red bell peppers slice them into strips and cover in olive oil salt and chipotle ground pepper. Let grill for 20 minutes or until soft. |
3. | Toast the bred, add mustard, then add the turkey patty, arugula and the roasted red bell pepper and roasted garlic.
Serve and it’s time to eat!
