I have never found a chili dog that I like until I made it to Varcisty GRADE A+++

FOOD: A+++

Varsity’s is a famous chili dog restaurant in ATL and it is awesome. Thanks to some friends of ours we got to try this amazing place to eat. The hot dogs were perfectly cooked and the chili was to die for it was a bit spicy and warm and then it was topped with American cheese and onions. This place had the best onion ring I have had and I don’t really like onion rings. All I can say is this was amazing.

Overall I give it an A+++ the food was amazing and the best chili dogs I have ever had. Make it a great day and eat well, you deserve it.

Michael's Turkey burgers

INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY SLIDERS:

3 LBS OF LEAN GROUND TURKEY

2 CUPS OF ARUALA

1 TEASPOON OF SALT

1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER

2 RED BELL PEPPERS

DIJON MUSTARD

RUDIS WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

1 HEAD OF GARLIC

DIRECTIONS:

First get a clove of garlic cut a quarter of an inch off the top, cover it in olive oil then wrap it in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Now, divide the meat into 9 patties generously salt and pepper both sides and let rest until room temperature. Then warm up a pan add butter or PAM, and then place the burgers in the pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Once all the patties are cooked place them aside and let rest and let’s start preparing the roasted bell peppers.

For the red bell peppers slice them into strips and cover in olive oil salt and chipotle ground pepper. Let grill for 20 minutes or until soft.

Toast the bred, add mustard, then add the turkey patty, arugula and the roasted red bell pepper and roasted garlic.

Serve and it’s time to eat!

We were in Orlando and we wanted to try something we have always wanted to try, Cuban food. That is exactly what we did!

Havana’s Café Cuban food in Orlando is by far some of the best food I have ever had. Here is what I gathered from my experience with Cuban food, is every part of my dish had a distinct flavor. What I mean is that the rice, plantains, pork, black beans, potatoes and garlic bread tasted different and my tasted buds never got tired of eating this food. Every part of my dish was different; the pork was braised and juicy and had an amazing flavor. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and were absolutely the best potatoes I have ever had. The rice and beans tasted mmmmmmmhmmmmm good, and the bread was out of this world. If you have never had Cuban food you have to try it.
